- SOURCES SOUGHT: The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale Air Force Base, California is seeking information about repair and certified inspection of our existing Plymo-Vent System for our Fire Department. Interested parties who are certified to work with this brand of air cleaning system are requested to submit, in writing, appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and other pertinent information to demonstrate that the stated requirements can be fulfilled. Responses must include the following: Name and address; size of business; Cage Code; and whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), HUB-zone, disabled veteran- or woman-owned business. The applicable NAICS code is 423830. The size standard, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 100 employees. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based upon responses hereto. Questions should be emailed to SSgt Michael Hayes at michael.hayes@beale.af.mil.
