- This is an amendment to the solicitation posted on 13 September. Please refer to original posting for details and additional documentation. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 20 September at 1345 hours EDT. Site visit will begin from the Contracting Office at 1830 Quartermaster Road, Building 7124. Please email your intent to attend to Nicole Black (nicole.black3@us.army.mil) by COB Monday, 19 September 2011. All questions will be submitted electronically to nicole.black3@us.army.mil not later than 22 September at 1200 hours EDT. Questions submitted after this date will NOT be entertained. Quotes are due on 26 September 2011 not later than 1400 hours EST. Quotes will be emailed to Nicole Black at nicole.black3@us.army.mil, or faxed to 804-734-4633. If faxing your quote, please call to confirm receipt.
