- TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS SOLICITATION This requirement is for the procurement of a electronic digital surveying theodolite. NSN : 6675-01-577-5201RN; PN : DT240. This RFQ is for a one time FMS buy. Solicitation will be posted 14 Sept 2011. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to http :// www. fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit full and open. The approved manufacturer for this requirement is Sokkia Corporation. Technical data is not available for this acquisition. The manufacturer considers the data proprietary and will not agree to release the rights or sell the data. The manufacturer will sell thru distributors. The electronic digital surveying theodolite ( NSN : 6675-01-577-5201RN) has two face readings (plunge & reverse readings) with digital display to show azimuth & elevation angle simultaneously.
