- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(ATF) propose to enter into a sole source contract with Agilent Technologies, Inc., 5301 Stevens Creek Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95051 for the purchased of a 490 Micro GC, Thermal Conductivity Detector(TCD). The 490 Micro GS specifications are as follows: WCOT (wall coated open tubular) columns, 1ppm Micro-packed/PLOT columns, 10ppm, Concerntration, 1 ppm to 100% level Linear dynamic range, 106 <0.5% RSD for propane at 1 mol % level for WCOT columns at constant temperature and pressure. The Micro GC must have fast response time and must be equipped with operating software on-site installation. Also, there must be two channels optimized for natural gas applications and provide readings. There must be a 6 port sampling/switching valve.
