- (Modification to Original Post): This is a request for quotes: The 502d contracting Squadron, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to initiate procurement on a brand name basis for one each Mobile Accordent Capture Station (ACS), Model H.264. Accordent is the current multiple unit provider that directly supports the Army Learning Management System (ALMS) through an automatic digital data converter that allows for any media presentation input to be directly and immediately useable on the ALMS platform without compromising network security measures, while also enhancing interoperability with multiple units already in-place. As such, this brand name request cites FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) and the associated U.S.C. language as the authority to engage in this procurement using other than full and open competition.. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334310, with a size standard of 750 employees. Quotes must include unit and extended price for all line items, Offeror Cage Code, DUNS Number and Discount Terms, if applicable.
