- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's (USMA) notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Linoma Software, 1409 Silver Street, Ashland, NE 68003. Linoma Software will provide Go Anywhere Services, Director and Gateway to USMA in the estimated amount of $31,465.01. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. USMA selected Linoma Software because Go Anywhere Director integrates with Go Anywhere Services and Go Anywhere Gateway to provide a secure, completely automated solution for both providing access to data by authorized users, it also provides a completely automated way to obtain data from our data providers, check the validity of the data, and load the data into OEMA data warehouse. The applicable NAICS code is 511210. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within three (3) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to Rose.Cochran@usma.edu. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
