- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DOT Trailer with electric brakes and dual wheel tongue jack, HD puncture resistant off road tires, Kubota Diesel with re-usable filter,10 gallon cone bottom soap tank, 535 gallon water, foam with auto-shut off, spare tire, 2 wash guns+ foam gun, cleaning kit,storage box, 3 reels, and 2 each horizontal burners, blow down feature for using on-board air to purge for freezing conditions. Turbine flush system: 10 gallon engine wash solution tank, 45 PSI and 1-5 GPM (regulated by engine type) dual regulators for precise control, bleed air valve closure system, 2 x 50' of air and chemical hose, control panel, various QC fittings for GE-T-700, H-47,H-58D,OH-58D, H-47, and hot section wash harness,includes engine probe and spray wand.
