NOUN: Actuator, Electro-Me, PRON: AX1Q0376, NSN: 1680-01-496-5315, PN 101240-101, Quantity: Minimum 124 ea / Maximum 374 each, 3 year IDIQ, applicable to the OH-58D. This item is restricted to Aerospace Filtration Systems Inc., (CAGE 0GCA0) because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
