- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to procure Automated Test and Re-Test (ATRT) software development from Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), 4401 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22203. This agreement will be a follow-on to a previously awarded SBIR Phase III contract and will allow for further maturation of the ATRT product over a period of 5 years. ATRT is an automated computer-based testing capability that automates labor-intensive testing and analysis of complex integrated systems. The objective is to continue the effort of maturing the technology, incorporating its usage into NAVSEA-affiliated programs ™ testing methodologies, and building a community of practice.
