- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Amendment 0001. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide the following Question/Answer Regarding OEM Support vs. Non-OEM Support. >> Q: Do you need branded support only? Will only the OEM support suffice? Or is this requirement brand name or equal? >> A: Past experience with non-OEM service providers resulted in sub-standard and/or rebuilt parts that were non-compatible and delayed day-to-day processes. The Government is considering OEM service providers only. 2. Extend the offer due date/time from 14-September-2011 @ 5:00 PM CST to 16-September-2011 @ 1:00 PM CST. All other terms and conditions from the original notice remain the same.
