- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91243-11-T-0034, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 336413 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed priced contract for the following item. Item 0001, 2 each LUH right side helicopter maintenance stand. Item 0002, 2 each LUH left side helicopter maintenance stand. Item 0003, 2 each 8 blade rack. Item 0004, 2 each 6 blade rack. Item 0005, 2 each parts rack stand. Specifications and conceptual drawing are attached. Vendor will provide best solution for this requirement. FOB Destination to Lincoln, NE, zip code 68524. Freight will be included in "each" price. Government will award to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror based on price. The Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price and technically acceptable solution is the evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Offers are due 23 September 2011 no later than 1:00 p.m. CSDT at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Rd, Lincoln NE 68508.
