- solicitation PURCHASE ORDER INFORMATION: The US Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a Request for Quote for solicitation W911KB-11-T-0035 (MOOSE CREEK DATA COLLECTION UPGRADE) for SUTRON or approval equal* LRGS system for hydro/met data collection that includes hardware and software for all components. The Offeror will provide all onsite installation and training services at the Chena Flood Control Project located at North Pole, AK which will include installation and alignment of the satellite dish, onsite training and assistance with integrating data from 10 GOES data collection platforms. *APPROVED EQUAL MEANS APPRVED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING OFFICER. (1) The procurement will be a competitive Small Business Set-Aside acquisition only. Offers will be technically evaluated in accordance with the requirements in the Scope of Work. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. The Government reserves the right to make award on the initial offer received without discussions. The resulting Purchase Order will be firm-fixed priced. (2) All Offerors are advised that this project may be canceled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and up to final award. All Offerors are advised that they must be registered in CCR and ORCA http://orca.bpn.gov as a Small Business. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an Offeror ineligible for award, (Reference DFAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration).
