- This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13. as applicable, and as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quoteds are being requested a and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA-246-11-RQ-0530. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-52. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100.00 employees. The Network Contracting Activity (NCA) VISN 06 requires the following items to support Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Center located in Richmond VA: CLIN 001 Item# 99722 Map box upgrade from 16 to 48 spike channels. 1EA CLIN 002 Item# 90409 Preamplifier box with 48 spike channel and 16 field potential channels. 1 EA CLIN 003 Item# 151023 Jumper ribbon cable for linking 48 spike and 16 field potential preamp boards. 1EA CLIN 004 Item# 50101 Data cable for 16 preamp channels, 15 foot lenght. 2 EA CLIN 005 Item# 91032 Cable to connect 7- channel Thomas recording drive. 1 EA CLIN 006 Item# 91013 Host link board upgrade complete kit, HLK3 board, PCI e card and cable 1 EA CLIN 007 Item# 99084 23' wide aspect flat panel LCD monitor. 1 EA The following clauses and provision apply to this procurement: 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, Commercial Advertising, 852.271-70, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial, including clauses incorporated by reference under Section b (1)(5)(11-16)(23-24); Offerors are to submit pricing. Process of determining contract award: award will be to the lowest-priced responsive, responsible bidder who can provide CLIN's listed above. This information should be specific, concise, and complete and provide sufficient information to demonstrate the offeror's capacity to meet or exceed the requirements of the contract.
