- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3841194A032. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 effective 05 Jul 2011; Defense DPN 20110819 effective 19 Aug 2011, and AFAC 2011-0714 effective 14 July 2011. This acquisition is unrestricted; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326192. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7220. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3996. Travis AFB has a requirement for linoleum tiles for Bldg 434 GYM. Period of Performance: 120 days after award 0001-AA : PROVIDE LINOLEUM FLOOR TILE TO MATCH EXISTING FLOOR TILES. QTY: 3300 SF 0002-AA : FORBO T940 ADHESIVE OR EQUAL (COMES IN 4 GAL CANS). QTY: 6 CANS 0003-AA : DEMO & REMOVE EXISTING FLOORING; PREPARE SUBSTRATE AS REQ. QTY: 2800 SF 0004-AA : INSTALL LINOLEUM FLOOR TILES. QTY 3150 SF 0005-AA : PROVIDE & INSTALL 6" RUBBER COVE BASE, COLOR TO MATCH EXISTING: BLACK/BROWN COLOR. QTY: 720 LF 0006-AA : OVERTIME LABOR FOR EVENING & SATURDAY WORK Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit Site visit will be scheduled for Thursday 15 SEP 2011 at 1400L. We will meet in the parking lot adjacent to the Pass & Registration center (Bldg 599) and a van will be there to pick you up. All interested parties must RSVP by 14 SEP at 1700L to ensure sufficient transportation.
