- This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to II Corps Consultants,Inc. located at 4444 Germanna Hwy #165, Locust Grove, VA 22508 under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 for for trend analysis and web development in support of the emerging trends and concepts program. The support includes:(1) Mining of Lessons Learned Data (2) Development of Training Solutions (3) Pre ”deployment Training Standards, and; (4) Pre-deployment training Program Toolkit (Software) Support. The performance period for this contract is six (6) months. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. This sole source award to II Corps, Inc. is being processed solely for the purpose to ensure coninuity of services to avoid interruption of program support. This sole source action is a temporary bridge for the continuation of services until a Seaport-e task order is in place. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
