- Amendment 0001 to Solicitation N00421-10-R-1051. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to designate the Program Manager labor category as a key labor category. Section L has been revised to add an asterisk (*) under Section L-2 paragraph 2.1 and Section L-2 paragraph 2.1.2 to reflect that this labor category is now key. This change will require offerors to submit resume(s) for person(s) proposed to perform under this labor category, in accordance with the direction provided in Section L-1 Part B paragraph 2.1.3, and will require that person(s) proposed to perform under this labor category be included in the list of key personnel required by Section L-1 Part B paragraph 2.1.2.1. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. The closing date and time of this solicitation remains unchanged as a result of this amendment.
