- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a noncompetitive basis to The Corporate Executive Board Company, Arlington, VA. This action shall be undertaken in accordance/FAR 6.302-1/ Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The US Corps or Engineers is renewing its membership to the CIO Executive Board. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. The small business size determination is $25M. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
