- Aprroved J&A The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vermont Systems Incorporated, 12 Market Place, Essex Junction, VT 05452, to provide upgrades, training, helpdesk, and on-site maintenance on the Vermont Systems RecTrac/GolfTrac, CYMS and WebTrac software systems. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 5045, the NAICS code is 423430, and the related Small Business Size Standard is 100 Employees. This notice is not a request for quotes and serves as informational purposes only. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract.
