- RFQ Document for AG-6424-Q-11-0001 (ATVs & UTVs for USDA NRCS MO) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; electronic proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is AG-6424-Q-11-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53, effective 4 Aug 11. This solicitation/RFQ is being issued as a Total (100%) Small Business Set-Aside pursuant to FAR 19.502-2. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 441221 - Motorcycle, ATV and Personal Watercraft Dealers and the small business size standard is $7.0M. The Purchase Request (PR) Numbers for this RFQ are 11297, 11396, 11402, and 11405. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this requirement is 3799 - Transportation Equipment, Not Elsewhere Classified. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 2310 - Passenger Motor Vehicles. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this requirement is 2340 - Motorcycles, Motor Scooters, and Bicycles. This requirement does not have an assigned Defense Priorities and Assignment System (DPAS) rating. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, RFQ Number AG-6424-Q-11-0001, is for the following commercial goods and/or services. ***Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001: ATV - Honda FourTrax Rancher Model ID# TRX420TM, Description: Red New Manufactured or Previously Unused Model Year 2011 or 2012 (Brand Name or Equal - See Part I Sections B and C on the attached RFQ document for CLIN 0001 requirements), Quantity (Qty): 1, Unit of Issue (U/I): Each (EA), Terms: Net 30, F.O.B.: Destination, Inspection: Destination, Acceptance: Destination, Quality Assurance (QA): In accordance with (IAW) commercial standards, Required Delivery Date: 45 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO), Delivery Location: Hermitage-Missouri 65775, Warranty: Standard commercial; *CLIN 0002: UTV - Kawasaki Teryx Model Name 750 FI 4 X 4, Description: Red New Manufactured or Previously Unused Model Year 2011 or 2012 (Brand Name or Equal - See Part I Sections B and C on the attached RFQ document for CLIN 0002 requirements), Qty: 2, U/I: EA, Terms: Net 30, F.O.B.: Destination, Inspection: Destination, Acceptance: Destination, QA: IAW commercial standards, Required Delivery Date: 45 calendar days ARO, Delivery Locations: Lamar-Missouri 64759 and Keytesville-Missouri 65261, Warranty: Standard commercial, Other: Requires Trade-in of two 1993 Suzuki Quad Runner 250 ATVs which no longer serve a useful purpose; *CLIN 0003: UTV - Polaris Ranger Model Name 500 EFI, Description: Red New Manufactured or Previously Unused Model Year 2011 or 2012 (Brand Name or Equal - See Part I Sections B and C on the attached RFQ document for CLIN 0003 requirements), Qty: 2, U/I: EA, Terms: Net 30, F.O.B.: Destination, Inspection: Destination, Acceptance: Destination, QA: IAW commercial standards, Required Delivery Date: 60 calendar days ARO, Delivery Locations: Dexter-Missouri 63841 and Paris-Missouri 65275, Warranty: Standard commercial, Other: Requires Trade-in of one 1994 Suzuki LT-F250R ATV which no longer serves a useful purpose. *NOTES: REFER TO THE ATTACHED RFQ DOCUMENT FOR ADDITIONAL QUOTE INSTRUCTIONS AND THE MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS FOR ALL CLINs EXPRESSED ABOVE.
