- BPA QSDM-H4-111020 is for miscellaneous 5130, Pneumatic Tools, to be posted on or around September 15, 2011 and closing on October 31, 2011. PLEASE send quotes, email (preferred) or mail the applicable documents, including the vendor response documnets and SF1449. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 20 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN's). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on November 15, 2011 or date of award, through 11/01/16. The 20 items are In Accordance With (IAW) various technical descriptions, ASME and Specifications. This solicitation is unrestricted, BOTH small and large businesses may submit offers. See Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD's) /Schedule Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 60 DARO or sooner and FOB destination (freight is included in the price of the items). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the BPA and returning by the closing date.
