- Description: Disc, Rotating, Brake NSN is 1630-01-464-8655, PR 0042703836. Approved Source: Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems Corporation, CAGE Code: 0B9R9, P/N 5012759. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item. Required quantity is 1097 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. This is a Commercial off the Shelf Item. This item is solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12. Delivery requirement is 287 days after receipt of order (ARO). Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) electronic annual FAR representations and certifications shall be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
