- Request for Quote and Performance Work Statement The Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office -Battle Creek has a brand name requirement for of technical service and support to assist the DLA Enterprise Network Management Office (NeMO) Engineers with setting up HP Network Automation software that replicates HP Network Automation configuration tool at New Cumberland, PA. The HP Network Automation software is used to maintain configuration management of the DLA Enterprise Telecommunications Network (ETN) network devices. This is a BRAND NAME requirement that requires the contractor be an ‘authorized HP partner." This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-11-Q-0134. Place of performance is Columbus, Ohio, and New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Inspection, acceptance and F.OB. are at destination, Columbus, OH and New Cumberland, PA. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is $25,000,000. The single evaluation factor for award is lowest-price, technically acceptable. The resulting contract or order will be firm-fixed price. This is a BRAND NAME requirement that requires the contractor be an "authorized HP partner." In order to be considered technically acceptable, vendors must provide an offer that is in accordance with the attached Request for Quote. Please include your CAGE code with your quote.
