- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U. S. Army Engineering and Support Center - Huntsville (CEHNC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for instruction in the EARTHWORK CONSTRUCTION-QV Course 040 USACE Engineer Research, Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory, Vicksburg, MS 39180. The contractor shall revise, update, and develop specific course topics and supporting materials as specified in the attached PWS.
