- This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order to Systems Atlanta, Inc. to provide the manufacturing and installation of three (3) SA-IDS5 Windows Mini Workstation. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23rd Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement of Systems Atlanta, Inc. All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by facsimile (229 257-3547) or email to the POCs: ellen.feazell @moody.af.mil; lance.belcher@moody.af.mil, NO LATER THAN 19 Sep 11 @ 1:00 P.M. EST. This is NOT a request for Proposal and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this Special Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
