- Amendment W91ZLK-11-T-00436 0001 is issued to provide answers to questions. Closing date of the solicitation remains at September 19, 2011 @ 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Please SUBMIT YOUR QUOTATIONS to Ms. Sowa at the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground - Installation Contracting Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013. Quotations may be submitted via email to: susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil or Fax 410-306-3726. Quotations must be signed, dated, and received by the closing date. For questions concerning this Request for Quotations contact Susan Sowa Contracting Specialist @ email susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil. Additional questions must be received no later than September 15, 2011 @ 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Question 1: In regards to Solicitation W91ZLK-11-T-0436 for the Automated Liquid Handling system, it is my impression you are not posting or putting out an official bid response document is that correct? "If not then I assume a cover letter referencing our GSA contract number..." Answer 1: In accordance with Request for Quotes W91ZLK-11-T-0436 this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ W91ZLK-11-T-0436 also has the directions for the submittal of quotations and the closing date and time. This solicitation is for open market quotes, not GSA quotes.
