- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F4A37X1192A001. This procurement is being issued as full and open under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #561621 and Small Business Size Standard $12.5M, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and Defense Change Notice 20110804. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. This is an unfunded end-of-year requirement subject to the availability of funds. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. Submission of a quote does not obligate the government to make an award. Offerors shall complete a copy of the Online Offeror Representations and Certifications Application. NOTE: ALL OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACT REGISTRATION (CCR) BEFORE BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Interested parties must include, with their quote, their CAGE code, tax identification number (TIN), delivery date, and warranty terms.
