- Modification #1 When the National Park Service issued a Prospectus to operation Beach Club Services at Breezy Point, Rockaway, Queens, New York (Breezy Point Beach Club), it omitted Appendix K from the Prospectus Package. This modification corrects that omission. The full prospectus package, including Appendix K, can be found at http://www.concessions.nps.gov/gate023-12.htm. All paper copies of the prospectus that were issued included Appendix K in its CD of Appendices and therefore do not require additional materials. All deadlines remain the same as in the original Prospectus Release announcement.
