- Due to reponses received from The Notice of Intent to Sole Source to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) posted on 19 August 2011, this procurement has been changed to a 100% set aside for SDVOSB. The complete Request for Quotation, including a detailed purchase description/specification, will be posted at https://www.neco.navy.mil on or around 1October 2011.
