- Aqueous Part Washer must be compatiable with the new soap Cee Bee 300, that is mandated by the Air Force. Aqueous Parts Washer must be high-efficiency 30 hp TEFC motors with 1.15 service factor, rated for continuous duty (20 starts hour without overheating),Simplex Pump System (Cast Iron) w/ Stainless steel appointed shaft, CeeBee compatible seals, vertical mounted, centrifugal with enclosed impellers, Total system flow 256 gallons per minute Manifold nozzle pressure 152 psi., must have power density of 1.03 horsepower per cubic feet of work volume in order to properly remove the soils and rubber bead from the wheels, must have all stainless steel cabinet-all wetted components
