Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of Trusted Systems Information Processing System (IPS) Security Containers (Part number: YCS-TSM521WDHE-6). Each container safe should be GSA Class 5 6000 BTU. Quantity: 4 Dimensions: 52"H x 30"W x 45"D The following items should be included with each Security Container quote: (1) 19" Roll-out Frame Assembly (Part number: YCS-TSM2526U-RF) (2) Fixed Shelf 19" Rack (Part number: YCS-TSM1926-FSF) (3) Noise Reducing Ear Muffs (Part number: YCS-TSM20DBL2-AEM) (4) Service Track Stand (Part number: YCS-TSM310-STS) (5) Spreader Plate (Part number: YCS-TSM4X5-SP) (6) Caster Base for 27"W x 45"D safe (Part number: YCS-TSM2745-CSTR) Quotes should have only one packaged price for each security container plus items to be included. Do not include separate prices for each item. Full delivery of all items is requested to meet the delivery requirement (All or nothing). Quotes should also include price of dock-to-dock delivery. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to Advanced Programs, Inc., in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: --52.212-1 (June 2008), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items --52.212-3 (Aug. 2009), Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items --52.212-4 (June 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items --52.212-5 (July 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items The Government anticipates the award of a single firm-fixed-price purchase order based on price. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted electronically to michael.m.manteuffel@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. The deadline for questions is Friday, September 16, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Quotes shall be submitted by Monday, September 19, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
