- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for the following: SIFT 3 Stand Alone PC Solution License/purchase of (1) system locked to (1) PC workstation BATVOX Basic Stand Alone PC Solution License/purchase of (1) system loced to (1) PC workstation SIFT Standard Training: One (1) on-site training session to last 3 days BATVOX Training One (1) on-site training session to last 3 days to include on-site expert for installation, acceptance test and Level 1 certification. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". All quotes must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, September 19, 2011 to email michelle.x.buckholtz@usdoj.gov, Contract Specialist. All communications concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 p.m. eastern time, not later than 2 calendar days after the publication date of the notice.
