- Pulsar Informatics, Inc. will develop a system that provides individual-specific, fatigue-optimized schedules and aids in the selection of fatigue countermeasures on a platform that is easy to understand and use. It will incorporate state of the art individualization algorithms and reflect the most current data from laboratory studies. It will focus on developing a simple, intuitive user interface to provide clear graphical information about individualized fatigue levels that will be meaningful and useful to both expert users and non-technical users
