- The VA Medical Center, Bay Pines intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with Kavo Dental Technologies for specifically designed to fit in the new building in Lee County OPC. Dental Lab Equipment, plaster/models bench, boil out & curing, model prep. Workstation/packing & pressing bench, grinding workstation & sandblasting, preheating/casting, polishing/investing/de-vesting, technician workstations NAICS code is 339113 and the size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 6.302-1 simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with the best of our knowledge, Kavo Dental is the only company who can provide these services. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give Email notification to the Contraction Officer by 2:00 pm, EST, 09/20/2011. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Only electronic responses will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
