- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91LV2-11-T-0032 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Eight (8) Each Field Expedient Bleeding Simulation Kits (FEBSS). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for small business resulting in a competitively-awarded purchase order contract. To be eligible for an award, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-866-606-8220 or e-mail at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. All invoices subject to payment by the Defense Accounting and Finance Office shall be submitted through Wide Area Work Flow. You can register at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
