- NAICS CODE: 237990PSC: 6655 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency?s Office of Superfund Regional Procurement Operations Division, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed priced purchase order pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Reasonable Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Robertson Geologging (USA) Incorporated, 10801 Hammerly Boulevard, Suite 2020, Houston, Texas 77043-1924. The micrologger that is required is (1) RG Micrologger II which includes, micrologger data logger, video capability, USB connection, RG Winlogger data acquisition software, power cable (4m)(flying lead), Sond database on disk, (1) RG SMART Portable Winch (coaxial), tripod, data cable (4m), power cable (4m), (180) 3/16? armored coaxial cable (per meter), (1) 3/16? cablehead coax, (1) heatshrink set for cablehead, (1) heatshrink (10m) for cable. The specific micrologger has been requested to allow compatibility with the down hole geophysical tools already owned by the Agency. If another micrologger were to be purchased, the existing tools would not be compatible and additional expense would be incurred which would not be considered a benefit to the Government. The intended order is in the amount of $28,740.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT.
