- The Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ/ITC), Washington, DC 20536 intends to issue a sole source award to IBM Corporation for the purchase of proprietary software under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), when the supplies or services required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interersted persons may identify their interest and capability by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide this proprietary software. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the above "Response Date" then a sole source award will be issued to IBM Corporation. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2011.
