- Limited Justification for logical follow-on services. Under the authority of FAR Subpart 8.405-6, Limited Justification, a logical follow-on services. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make a sole source award to CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Washington, DC. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain logical follow on contract support to continue implementation, revisions and enhancements to the Client Portfolio Planning (CPP) Process in response to lessons learned during the Initiation Phase of the CPP development process. GSA will obtain a deeper and more evolving understanding of the work requirements necessary to effectively meet the objectives laid out in the original SOW for the CPP Initiation and Implementation requirement. The NAICS Code is 541618. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 12:00 pm EST, Monday, September 24, 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
