Description
The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to this solicitation is to provide the following Questions & Answers: Question 1: It is not clear how the 4 sites in this solicitation should be connected. The addresses for each location are provided in the solicitation. Question 2: It is not clear with the requirement is asking for Ethernet services or T1 services as the line items reference T1 lines and reference xx Mbps that implies Ethernet services? Please clarify. Answer 2: It's fiber optic, T-1. No internet access required. Mbps WAN. Question 3: Line items per site reference "Fiber Optic Transport Circuit", does this mean that the agency wants fiber handoff from the carrier? If so, please specify the physical standard ex..SC versus MIC. This level 3 of bandwidth would normally expect copper - twisted pair handoffs. Answer 3: Fiber Optic Transport Circuit. Are there any circuits as part of this solicitation that have to come back to the mainland? Answer 5: No circuits to the mainland are required.
