Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of Ops Core FAST helmets and Breakaway Bases. Complete order is as follows: --Wilcox L4 G24 Breakaway Base, tan-colored--attaches the AN/PVS-15 NVG to the VAS shroud (Quantity: 45) --Ops Core FAST Ballistic Helmet with VAS Shroud, Color Multicam (Quantity: 45) Please note: This is a brand-name only acquisition. The FAST Ballistic Helmet is a brand-name product manufactured by LCEO, LLC. Due to continuity needs, each quote should only use this exact brand-name helmet. Full delivery of all items is requested to meet the delivery requirement (All or nothing). Quotes should include cost of shipping for all items. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: --52.212-1 (June 2008), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items --52.212-3 (Aug. 2009), Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items --52.212-4 (June 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items --52.212-5 (July 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items The Government anticipates the award of a single firm-fixed-price purchase order based on price. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted electronically to michael.m.manteuffel@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. The deadline for questions is Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Quotes shall be submitted by Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
