- The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: 1) QUESTIONS DUE DATE: Change the due date for submitting questions regarding this Request for Quote (RFQ) from the original date of 9 Sep 2011 to 26 Sep 2011. Questions must be submitted in writing directly to Keith Smith, Contract Specialist, via email at keith.smith@boemre.gov by close of business (4PM ET) on 26 Sep 2011 and must copy Olivia Adrian, Contracting Officer email address at olivia.adrian@boemre.gov; 2) QUOTE/PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Change the due date for responding to this RFQ to submit the quote from the original date of 15 Sep 2011 to 11 Oct 2011. Quote/Proposal must be submitted via hand carry, airmail or FedEx directly to Keith Smith, Contract Specialist, at 1201 Elmwood Park Blvd New Orleans, LA 70123 and must be received by close of business (4PM ET) on 11 Oct 2011. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of this solicitation remains unchanged and in full force and effect. NOTE 1:FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPTS OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY REWSULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER.
