Statement of Work FA8126-11-Q-0277 ) 14" swing x 40" center distance Lathe or equals with all standard features (Spindle motor 7 1/2 HP / 5 kw, Inch and metric threading, Hardened & precision ground bed ways, Removable gap, T-slotted compound, All cast iron construction, Foot brake, Dual dials inch/metric, Dual Voltage 220/440 volt / 3 phase / 60 Hz) and included accessories (8" 3 jaw chuck (D1-4), 12" 4 jaw chuck (D1-4), Steady rest, Follow rest, Full length splash guard, Halogen work light, Taper attachment, Coolant system, Thread dial, and Micrometer carriage stop). The footprint of the machine shall not exceed 36 inches X 84 inches. See attached SOW for further technical details. 16" swing x 60" center distance Lathe (18" swing x 60" center to center is also acceptable) (Spindle motor 10 HP / 7.5 kw, Inch and metric threading, Hardened & precision ground bed ways, Removable gap, T-slotted compound, All cast iron construction, Foot brake, Dual dials inch/metric, Dual Voltage 220/440 volt / 3 phase / 60 Hz) and included accessories (10" 3 jaw chuck (D1-8), 15 3/4" 4 jaw chuck (D1-8), Steady rest, Follow rest, Full length splash guard, Halogen work light, Taper attachment, Coolant system, Thread dial, and Micrometer carriage stop.) The footprint of the machine shall not exceed 48 inches X 126 inches. See attached SOW for further technical details.
