THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. OR EQUAL.* Requirement: 0001: 1 Each Tandberg Edge 95 MXP/Cisco Edge 95 MXP Base Model (2 Mbps IP only), Cisco Edge 95 Video Teleconferencing must provide ability to allow 5 different sites to see video link simultaneous with each other; MXP with Precision HD Camera Conference room's flat screen will become an interactive situation room for improved teamwork and accelerated decision-making. HD Camera System contain equivalent of Natural Presenter Package (NPP) Option and MultiSite (MS) Option (Requires NPP) 512 kbps ISDN/1.1 Mbps IP Option and 3 year customer care service. This will include the Kit, CIS IP switch, shelf, ext. status display and cables Must include appropriate camera mount, i.e. Tandberg Precision HD Camera (3 mm) or Cisco Camera mount Must include controller, i.e. AMX Control System System includes 7 inch widescreen touch panel NXT-CV7 Netlinx 3100controller with serial and IR interfaces IR Diodes and Power supply Provide programming of Audio and Control system components including set up, testing, and initial operations of installed system Audio System, to provide adequate sound for an 8 m by 5 m conference room.
