- Description
- Sole Source Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Customer Service Region (DSW) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to NGH POWER SYSTEMS INC under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1), "only one responsible source" to provide the MGE UPS AND T&B CYBEREX MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH 3 OPTION YEARS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238210; size standard is $14.0. The basis for the sole source award to NGH POWER SYSTEMS INC is outlined in the Single Source Justification attached. The proposed contract is for a maintenance which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority in FAR 13.5. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Questions and responses concerning this sole source procurement may be directed to Josh Radosevich at JRadose@wapa.gov. All questions and responses are due not later than September 20, 5:00PM PST. No solicitation will be posted.
