- RFP Sign Description Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 339950, (Sign Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 effective 04 Aug 2011. The Government intends to award one contract for sign fabrication and installation to the vendor that provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technically acceptable will be based on meeting all requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
