- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W9124C-0010089306. This acquisition is reserved for 100% small business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423410, Photographic Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, and size standard is 100 employees. This order is for various Parts and Supplies for Traffic Section Overhead Cameras at Fort Jackson, SC 29207. Items with equal or better quality to those listed below are acceptable, however alternates shall be fully addressed with brand and part numbers provided. RESPONSES to this solicitation shall be received no later than 4:00pm EST, 21 September 2011: Late quotes may not be considered for evaluation. Sellers shall deliver the products on their own conveyance to the location listed on the purchase order. The requested delivery date for the above items is 30 days ARO.
