- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20110819. Federal Supply Class (FSC) code is 7030. NAICS is 541511 and the size standard is $25,000,000 Annual Gross income. Solicitation is for commercial purchase of BRAND NAME items. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing BRAND NAME products manufactured by IBM.
