If viewing this announcement from a source other than Federal Aviation Administration Contract Opportunities (FAACO), please visit http://faaco.faa.gov/ for the original.This requirement is an 8(a) business set-asideThe Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area, Los Angeles, CA; hereby announces its intent to solicit a Request for Offer (RFO) for janitorial services at the Riverside Flight Standards District Office. The solicitation will request pricing for the base period and four (4) option years. The Riverside Flight Standards District Office building is comprised of thirty-one (31) rooms and open areas for an approximate total of 8,138 square feet of floor space, which consists of 1,000 sq. ft. of ceramic tile and 4,000 sq. ft. of carpeted floor space. There are of four (4) restrooms containing a total of six (6) toilets, two (2) urinals and four (4) washbasins. A break room containing the following kitchen equipment is also located within the building: microwave, refrigerator, sink, tables and chairs. Outside window washing is also to be performed.Janitorial service(s) are required five (5) days per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. A detailed and complete scope of work will be provided in the RFO.Contractors must have an active registration in the CCR before contract award can be made. Contractors can register at: www.ccr.gov The work will be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and contract provisions under the subject contract. Award of a firm-fixed-price contract is being contemplated to a responsible offeror who submits the responsive offer to this requirement.
