- PART: U.S. GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENTS SUBPART: 70 GENERAL PURPOSE COMMERCIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES OFF ADD: AFFTC/PKOA Directorate of Contracting, 5 South Wolfe Avenue, Edwards AFB, CA 93524 SUBJECT: T1 Trunk Digital Recorder REF NO.: F1SEAD1251AG01 DUE: 9/19/11 POC: Brian Wu, (661) 277-4647 DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for a quote (RFQ) The NAICS code is 334220. This is for a complete T1 Trunk Digital Recorder system. 1. MCS 6- T1s Trunk Digital Recorder P/N: MCSCMT6 2. PCI IRIG Card and Integration P/N: IRIG+ 3. BOSS Premium Onsite Install -Base P/N: BOSSPR 4. BOSS Premium Onsite Install -Additional Channels P/N: BOSSCH 5. 24/7 Help Desk and Remote Monitoring with Upgrades P/N: RSPLUS 6. Pull Out Side Rails P/N: MRAIL 7. 1 TB Drive P/N: RSHDD1TB 8. 24/7 Help Desk Remote Monitoring, Upgrades, Next Day Onsite Support P/N: RSPlus-24 9. DVD Ram Drive P/N: DVDRAM 10. Raid5TB with one Hot Swap P/N:Raid5-1HS This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (addendum to paragraph (h)): a single award will be made; FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision with the offer via the ORCA website.
