- Attachment 5 - Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Attachment 4 - Compliance Matrix Attachment 3 - Past Performance Questionairre Attachment 2 - Pricing Worksheet Attachment 1 - Provisions Solicitation The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to provide up to ten (10) Cutter Boat Long Range Interceptor II (CB-LRI-II) that will deploy from USCG National Security Cutters. The CB-LRI-II is a multi-mission asset supporting: Other Law Enforcement (OLE), National Defense (ND), Drug Interdiction (DRUG), Alien Migrant Interdiction Operations (AMIO), Living Marine Resources (LMR), Search and Rescue (SAR), and Ports, Waterways, and Coastal Security (PWCS). Parent cutters may employ the CB-LRI-II at sea anywhere in the world, day and night, in varying sea and weather conditions. The procurement total of up to 10 boats will include up to two (2) boats for Other Government Agencies (OGA). This solicitation is being issued under NAICS Code 336612 (size standard: 500 or fewer employees) as a 100% small business set-aside. The basis of award will consist of an evaluation of the written proposals received in response to this solicitation. The intended result shall be to award one Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to produce a minimum of 1 boat. Contractors doing business with the Government are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before they can be awarded a contract. A template containing the information for registration can be found at: http://www.ccr.gov. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the Government.
