- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation ("PBGC") requires services of Contractor to provide renewal of support and update subscription services for Oracle Support Contract # B-271384-BID. Contractor must provide P250 Portal Packages (500 users) 1 Gold, Plumtree Corporate Portal, Content Server, Collab Studio, and Single-Sign-On by Oblix (1,900 Users) I Gold, and Analytics Server (2,400 Users) 1 Gold. The Period of Performance will be 9/30/2011 through 9/29/2012. Vendor quotes must reference (RFQ) PBGC01-RQ-11-0081. Offerors must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The quotation evaluation criteria used will be evaluated based on lowest priced technically acceptable. Quotations will not be accepted from Non-Authorized Oracle Software resellers. PBGC-39-003 AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER (JUL 2011) The offeror must be recognized by the legal owner as an authorized provider of the software/hardware identified in the schedule. The legal owner is defined as the legal entity that holds the proprietary rights to the software/hardware. The offeror must be a recognized entity that is authorized to sell, distribute, copy and/or change the content of the software/hardware. The offeror must certify its status as an authorized provider of the software/hardware identified in the schedule by providing written proof of its status in its response to the solicitation. PBGC reserves the right to verify information provided and check with the legal owner to confirm the offerors status. If the offeror is found not to be an authorized provider, the contracting officer shall notify the offeror that its proposal is excluded from the competitive range or eliminated from the competition. The notice shall state the basis for the determination and that a proposal revision will not be considered.
